IRCON has widespread operations in several States in India and in other countries(Malaysia, Nepal, Bangladesh,  Mozambique,Ethiopia, Afganistan, U.K. Algeria & Sri Lanka Now).

IRCON is a specialized Constructions organization covering the entire spectrum of construction activities and services in the infrastructure sector. However, Railway and Highway Construction, EHP sub-station (engineering and constructions), and  MRTS are the core competence areas of IRCON.

IRCON has signed MOU with Chhattisgarh Government and South Eastern Coalfield Limited (SECL) for development of Rail corridor in the State of Chhattisgarh.

IRCON has been awarded the  Contract KT-4:  for Trackworks in elevated section of Aluva to Petta corridor and  Contract  KT-5R1 – for Track work in Muttom Depot of Kochi Metro Rail Project.

IRCON has been awarded the work of “Design, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of receiving cum traction and auxiliary main sub-station including high voltage cabling from grip sub-station and augmentation works for existing receiving sub-station under CE-6, Lot-1 of DMRC for Delhi MRTS project phase-III” – Rs. 2349.50 Million

IRCON has been awarded the Contract CT-1 – for Track works in Part-1 Corridor of sections of Mukundpur - Lajpat Nagar (excluding) Line-7 in elevated and underground sections along with ballasted/ballastless tracks in Mukundpur Depot of Delhi MRTS Projects of Phase-III.

IRCON has been awarded the work of “Construction of 2nd Bhairab Bridge with Approach Rails (Lot-A)”.

IRCON has been awarded the work of “Construction of new Rail line between chainages Km. 61.00 (P1 of T-13) to km 91.00 (Junction of T 40/41 Adit) under Udhampur – Srinagar – Baramulla new line project (USBRL) “

 IRCON has been awarded three projects for Power Supply Distribution works (R-APDRP) at Jammu in the state of Jammu & Kashmir (Cluster-I : Rs. 2629.40 Million, Cluster-II : Rs. 3332.60 Million and Cluster-IV: Rs. 853.26 Million)

IRCON has been awarded the work of Widening & Strengthening of the existing Bikaner-Phalodi Section to Four-lane from km. 4.200 to km. 55.250 and Two-lane with paved shoulder from Km 55.250 to Km 163.500 of NH-15 on BOT (Toll) Basis in the State of Rajasthan.

IRCON has been awarded the work of Four laning of Shivpuri to Guna from Km 236.00 to Km 332.100 (Package – I)in the state of Madhya Pradesh to be executed under BOT (Toll) basis.

IRCON in JV with Mitsui and Tata Projects Limited has been awarded the work of “Design and Construction of Civil and Track Works for Vaitarana – Sachin section of Western Corridor of DFCCIL, Package CT P-12” – Rs. 21706.50 Million

IRCON in JV with Mitsui and Tata Projects Limited has been awarded the work of “Design and Construction of Civil and Track Works for Sachin – Vadodara section of Western Corridor of DFCCIL, Package CT P-13” – Rs. 21576.00 Million
